This Kit comes with the $7 stove (Sterno retail package inside) + 2 cans of fuel.
Skip the Kit, buy the $7 stove, and the 6-pack of fuel for $13 (8/1/2011). I don't think you'll miss the carrying bag.

camping cross country was a breeze with this portable=collapsable sterno. I'm not one for campfires so this little gem was just right for quick coffees cocoas, soups, eggs=bacon etc.

Just gotta remember to have dry matches around----

Have had this for about six months and have used it twice when electricity was out. Only used it for heating water and a can of soup but was well satisfied with the results. Having the case worked out well with putting 2 more cans of Sterno, waterproof matches in a plastic case and lighter, just grab it and your ready. Nice addition to my emergency supplies.
